Day 1:
A unique trekking experience in primary mountain jungle. Our guides are born and raised in
this environment and on the trek you will learn many interesting facts about the flora and fauna
of this region. From your starting point at the Akha Hill House, one of the only traditionally sited
Akha villages left in Thailand, set high on a steep mountain ridge overlooking a magnificent valley,
you will trek through some of Thailand’s most beautiful scenery.
On the trek you will carry a traditional long bladed jungle Knife, with which you will be taught how
to make everything you need for your evening meal from bamboo. Chop sticks, cups, plates and
the bamboo in which you will cook your rice, that days fish catch from the river, plus the jungle herbs
&vegetables.At the overnight camp you will learn how to catch fish, crabs and prawns by building
a small dam in the mountain stream - a technique exclusive to the mountain people.
That night you will build a banana leaf shelter where hopefully you will sleep soundly after a most
interesting and rewarding day. The trek today will last around 5-6 Hours

Day 2:
A fter breakfast ; Treks to the surrounding jungle and then learn how to cook lunch
in traditional Akha style.You will stay overnight in local Lahu hill tribe village

Day 3:
you will trek to the Karen hill tribe village, and then trek to a Elephant camp
and have lunch there After lunch we take a elephant ride around Karen and other Hill Tribe
Villages half an hour, then we take a boat trip to hot springs, have swim at the hot springs
swimming pool and then Trekking back to Akha Hill House or take a pick-up truck back
to Akha Hill House.The trek today will take around 4-5 Hours
